Laura opened Violet's of Saratoga in historic downtown Saratoga Springs in April of 2007, creating a boutique that offered "instant and personal style for women of all ages." Laura left the world of finance to pursue her childhood dreams of being a boutique owner. She has such a passion for fashion and applies it to building and reinventing her customers' wardrobes. "I envisioned a store that merchandised not only the designer labels of the moment but also the lesser known up-and-coming designers." Laura has brought a new style of merchandising to her boutique by combining affordable brands such as Kensie, Maggy London and Free People with finer brands like Susana Monaco and Velvet by Graham & Spencer.
