We’re happy to offer simple, straightforward shipping for all orders.
Orders over $175 qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $175 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground within the domestic United States.

Full-Priced Items
Full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Returns
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only in the form of a Violet's Gift Card. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit never expires, so you can take your time finding something you love, and it works both in-store and online!
